All merchandise is subject to availability and all orders are subject

If you have
ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will contact
you immediately.
Items on back orders, or special orders requires a 20% non-refundable deposit.

We accept payment in International Money Order,
International Bank Draft, fund transfer via Western
Union, and direct fund transfer to our
company account.
We also accept payment from Paypal as well.
All Paypal payment to be made to contact@bikeprobicycle.com only.
Customers are responsible for any bank charges incurred when using
fund transfer mentioned above.
Those using Int'l Money Order and Western Union fund transfer, please
address the transfer to "Tan Boon Foo ".
Those using Int'l
Bank Draft and direct fund transfer, please address the cheque or

All orders are
shipped via trackable Malaysian Express Post unless specfied by customer.
International shipping times are hard to estimate due to variances
ranging from the distance to be travelled. |

to check for import tax and sales tax.

Sales tax and import duties (if any) are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Manufacturer's
Warranties
Every item BikeProBicycle.com carries is covered by a warranty from the individual
manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects from normal use.
Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered
under warranty.
It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace
defective merchandise. Labor and shipping are not covered under any
warranty.
For more specific information, please read the manuals included in
the product packaging.
BikeProBicycle.com Warranty
BikeProBicycle.com will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty
on merchandise we sell but, otherwise, we make no warranty, express
or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular
purpose of the merchandise in our catalogs.
BikeProBicycle.com shall not be responsible for the proper use of the merchandise
sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary
safety measures in using the merchandise.
All warranty claims must be shipped to BikeProBicycle.com - Malaysia address only.
Shipping cost to BikeProBicycle.com(Malaysia) for all warranty claims are the responsibilty of the customer. Labor however will be free of charge.

You
may return or exchange any item for any reason within 14 days of
purchase.
Returns must be in new, unused condition, complete with
original packing, product manuals, and a copy of your receipt.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
unless it is a mis-shipment.
Items that has been used cannot be returned.
All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee unless
it is a mis-shipment.
If merchandise is damaged or defective upon receipt, immediately
make a report to the postman/post service. Make a copy of that report
and send it to us together with the damaged merchandise.
Returns without this report will not be accepted.
Please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt refund or replacement.
1. Using
a good carton, return package via insured mail or other
Parcel Carrier of your choice.
Goods returned that are damaged during shipment will not be considered as a Returned Item - Refunds or Exchanges will not be accepted for such cases. So do make sure the package is securely packed for return.
All returns
require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns without a RA number will not be accepted.

2. Write your
RA# on the receipt and send it together with the package. Please
write clearly on the top left corner of the receipt.
3. Send returns

will not be accepted. BikeProBicycle.com will only refund actual shipping
costs or postage on mis-shipments only.
